According to the survey, 51% of appraisers anticipate a rise in apartment prices by the end of 2024, while 83% of all respondents recommend purchasing an apartment this year.
This optimism isn't unfounded. Among the survey participants, 79% boast over a decade of experience in the field, with a significant portion active in the central (49%) and northern (22%) regions of the country.
Several factors are influencing these predictions. The most significant ones include the interest rate (28%) and the general economic situation (28%), both of which are seen as pivotal in shaping the real estate market this year.
Geography also matters. Professionals in the northern region are more bullish on the market, with 56% expecting prices to rise, compared to 47% in the central region and only 36% in the south.
